Cancellation Policy:

We understand that life can be unpredictable. However, when you book a massage appointment, you are reserving dedicated time specifically for your care.

Cancellations with Less Than 24 Hours Notice & No Shows: Appointments canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time will be charged the full price of the service.

Cancellations More Than 24 Hours in Advance: There will be no charge for cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.

Grace Period for Appointments: 60/min - sessions are canceled after 15 minutes. 90 & 120/min sessions are canceled after 25 minutes. If an appointment has to be canceled due to being late, Healistic Touch will charge for the full price of your session.
